Job Description

As a Head of Organisation Development, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing organisation-wide development strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Leading leadership development programmes to build managerial and leadership capabilities.
  • Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to assess and address organisational development needs.
  • Managing performance management systems and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing talent management practices, including succession planning and career development.
  • Analysing organisational effectiveness and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Providing expert guidance on change management and team development strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Organisation Development should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a Management Consulting firm and/or HR Consulting firm with exposure to organization transformation, operating model design, or change management projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analysing organisational data to inform strategic decisions.
