  • Providing strategic guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in human resources management within the industrial sector, with a willingness to travel frequently for business.
  • Proficiency in local employment regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
