Job Description

As a Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to the Country Leadership Team, providing strategic HR counsel to drive business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Designing and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
  • Monitoring and improving workplace policies and practices.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A strong background in human resources management, in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
