Job Description

As a Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive organisational culture.
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Leading learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Analysing HR metrics to make informed decisions and optimise processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience from a Management Consulting and/or HR Consulting is highly preferred.
  • Has 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Analytical skills to assess HR data and implement effective strategies.
  • Willingness to travel
