Job Description

  • Spearheading the development and execution of human capital strategies that are fully aligned with overarching business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
  • Leading end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives to attract, engage, and retain high-calibre professionals across the organisation.
  • Cultivating a high-performance, purpose-driven culture through impactful employee engagement and organisational development programmes.
  • Ensuring full compliance with employment legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry-specific standards within the healthcare sector.
  • Driving performance excellence through the design and implementation of robust performance management and leadership development frameworks.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits strategy to deliver competitive, market-aligned, and equitable reward structures.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing employee relations with discretion and providing strategic HR counsel on complex people matters.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform workforce planning, enhance organisational effectiveness, and enable evidence-based decision making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or head-of-function role, ideally within a transitioning organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of partnering with executive leadership to drive organisational transformation, culture building, and scalable people strategies.
  • Strong expertise across the full spectrum of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, organisational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of local labour laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in governance and risk management.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to align human capital strategies with business objectives and financial performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and metrics to inform strategic workforce decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at Board and C-suite levels.
  • Excellent leadership capability, with a hands-on yet strategic approach to execution.
