Job Description

  • Serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing the organization's people strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Partner with executive leadership team on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on culture, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Ensure the attraction, development, and retention of top talent across the organization
  • Drive leadership capability building and growth of high‑potential employees
  • Shape and sustain a strong, values‑driven organizational culture
  • Lead employee engagement, well‑being, and retention programs
  • Oversee competitive, equitable compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market benchmarks and business priorities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
  • Address complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance issues with sound judgment and confidentiality
  • Implement scalable HR systems, policies, and processes to support organizational growth
  • Leverage HR technology and people analytics to support data‑driven decision making

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive human resources experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership in a strategic capacity
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align people strategy with organizational objectives
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience leading HR in complex, growing organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
