Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategies.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR policies to support employee attraction and retention.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Lead recruitment activities to attract high-caliber talent and build organizational capability.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HR leadership experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working in a group, holding company, or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong end-to-end HR expertise, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Exposure to compensation & benefits, total rewards, and workforce planning.
  • Experience driving succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
