Our Client is a Global Technology Consulting firm in search for Head of Delivery to lead their Banking Division.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery oversight for banking and financial services projects, ensuring consistent execution across multiple concurrent programs
  • Establish and lead a strong PMO and delivery governance framework aligned with global consulting standards and Indonesian banking regulations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to bank executives, steering committees, and regulators on delivery models, program risk, and technology integration
  • Lead the integration of complex technology solutions including core banking, digital platforms, data & analytics, middleware, cloud, and third-party vendors
  • Drive delivery excellence across scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk, proactively identifying and mitigating program issues
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Consulting Leads to support solution design, delivery feasibility, and client commitments
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery, PMO, and program management teams across Indonesia
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements (e.g., OJK, BI), internal audit standards, and enterprise security frameworks
  • Lead post-implementation reviews, benefits realization tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring a combination of deep banking-domain experience, PMO leadership, and large-scale technology delivery expertise within Indonesia.

Required Experience & Background

  • 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, system integration, or digital transformation, with a strong focus on banking clients
  • Proven track record in Head of Delivery, Delivery Director, Program Director, or PMO Lead roles within global or Tier-1 consulting firms
  • Extensive hands-on experience setting up and leading enterprise PMOs for large, complex banking programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in advising banks on technology integration, delivery models, and transformation roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and operating environments
  • Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-workstream programs with budgets at scale
  • History of successful delivery across core banking modernization, digital banking, data & analytics, risk, payments, or regulatory programs
