Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach and grow the developer financing portfolio.
  • Lead the overhaul of existing workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and refine financing products to ensure alignment with developer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with property developers, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to drive deal flow.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product and business strategy.
  • Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of financing solutions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, and portfolio quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer financing business
  • Proven track record in process improvement, SOP development, and driving product-market fit initiatives
  • Familiarity with credit structuring, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in consumer finance
  • Ability to assess market needs, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable business processes and operational frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external partners.
