Job Description

As part of its strategic expansion in Indonesia, the company is seeking a commercially driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Director to lead market penetration, enterprise growth, and strategic partnerships across the country.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Indonesia's go-to-market strategy aligned with regional growth objectives
  • Drive enterprise sales and new business acquisition across priority verticals
  • Build strategic relationships with digital platforms, brands, agencies, fintechs, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and customer pain points to strengthen product positioning
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting to commercial closure
  • Collaborate with regional product, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Establish scalable commercial processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
  • Represent the company at industry events, client engagements, and strategic meetings
  • Provide local market intelligence and competitive insights to regional stakeholders



The role requires a strong "hunter" mentality combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across digital-first companies, enterprise brands, fintechs, and mobile-first businesses.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileWe are seeking commercial and highly networked candidates with a proven track record in scaling technology businesses in Indonesia.Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in business development, GTM, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership roles
  • Strong background in SaaS, AI, martech, adtech, customer engagement, mobile technology, or digital platforms
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise growth and exceeding commercial targets
  • Proven "hunter" profile with strong new logo acquisition capability
  • Existing relationships across digital-first businesses, fintechs, e-commerce, consumer tech, or enterprise brands
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem and customer engagement landscape
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced growth environments



Preferred

  • Experience launching or scaling a technology company in Indonesia
  • Exposure to AI-powered solutions, conversational platforms, CRM, personalization, or marketing automation technologies
  • Regional Southeast Asia exposure is highly advantageous
