The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management and willing to be fully based in Surabaya.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and create actionable plans.
