Job Description

  • Lead and grow Indonesia business, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute the country business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with existing clients across key market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales organization to achieve annual revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction across all solutions and client engagements.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing commercial and operational team.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Represent the company externally through industry events, business networks, and key client engagements.
  • Provide regular business performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L, business unit, country operation, or general management function.
  • Strong background within business services, professional services, outsourcing, consulting, HR technology, staffing, or related industries.
  • Experience in HR services, payroll outsourcing, EOR, workforce solutions, HR consulting, or HR technology will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated track record in business development and revenue growth.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business owners.
  • Experience building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on leadership style with the ability to scale a growing business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
