Job Description

This role requires a unique blend of technical leadership, AI project experience, customer engagement capabilities, and business acumen.Leadership & People Management

  • Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers focused on customer success.

Customer & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic discussions around cloud modernization, data platforms, and AI transformation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
  • Manage executive relationships and ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.



AI & Digital Transformation

  • Guide customers in the design and implementation of AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Support AI strategy development, use-case identification, and technology adoption.
  • Oversee proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments of AI-enabled applications.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.



Technical Leadership

  • Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-scale software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, consulting, and engineering teams to align technical strategies.
  • Champion cloud-infra design principles, DevOps practices, security, and scalability.
  • Review solution architectures and ensure technical quality across engagements.



Business Impact

  • Support strategic sales opportunities and participate in executive business reviews.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, solution adoption, and business growth.
  • Contribute to revenue objectives by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading customer-facing engineering organizations.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software solutions on public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent application development projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
  • Background in enterprise architecture, data platforms, or digital transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of modern AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, MLOps, and AI governance.
  • Cloud certifications and AI-related certifications.
  • Experience working with large enterprise and regulated-industry customers.
