About Our Client

Our Client is a well-established IT Consulting & System Integration (SI) company in search for FSI Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Services Organizations in Indonesia including Banks, Insurance, Fintechs, etc.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver annual sales targets within the Financial Services (FSI) segment
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
  • Identify and close multi-million-dollar SI deals across infrastructure, security, data, and network domains



Client Relationship Management

  • Build C-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, Head of Digital/IT) across leading banks
  • Position the company as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives
  • Maintain deep understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and local market dynamics



Solution Selling & Deal Structuring

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft competitive SI offerings
  • Drive complex deals involving managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, and network modernization



Market & Portfolio Development

  • Identify emerging opportunities in:
    • Core banking transformation
    • Cybersecurity & regulatory compliance
    • Data & analytics platforms
    • Cloud & infrastructure modernization
  • Provide market intelligence to refine industry-specific solutions

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, with minimum 5 years in System Integrator (SI) environment
  • Proven track record of selling into Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks in Indonesia
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex SI deals (infrastructure, security, data, or network)
  • Strong existing relationships with key banking decision-makers



Preferred Background

  • Experience with leading SI or IT services companies such as:
  • Metrodata, Mastersystem, Telkomsigma, NTT, IBM, Accenture, or similar
  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments (Cisco, IBM, Dell, HPE, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia banking landscape and regulatory environment (OJK, BI, etc.)
