Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the FSI sector (banking, insurance, fintech).
  • Build and execute account growth strategies aligned with industry trends and client transformation priorities.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive consistent revenue growth.



Client Relationship Management

  • Build C-level relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions.
  • Position the company's value proposition across digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and core banking modernization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.



Solution Selling & Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to craft compelling proposals and solution offerings.
  • Lead RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to bring industry best practices and innovation to local clients.



Market & Industry Leadership

  • Develop insight into Indonesia's financial services landscape, regulatory environment, and competitive dynamics.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and client engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic positioning in the FSI sector.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within IT services or consulting.
  • Proven track record of selling into banks, insurance companies, or financial institutions in Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions such as cloud, data analytics, core system modernization, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms.
  • Established network within Indonesia's financial services ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-million-dollar deals and long sales cycles.
