Our Client is one of the leading Hyperscaler Cloud Solutions Principal, delivering cloud platforms, managed services, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers. They're looking to hire seasoned Business Development professionals to drive new revenue, strategic partnerships, and large-scale cloud adoption across Enterprise Retail and Digital Native segments (including Fintechs and Digital Banks).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise retail, digital native, and fintech segments
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud platforms, migration, modernization, and managed services
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Engage senior decision-makers including CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, and business leaders
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and ecosystem partners
  • Lead strategic account planning, bid management, and enterprise-level deal negotiations
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals
  • Maintain deep knowledge of cloud hyperscaler offerings, partner programs, and competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization in executive briefings, industry events, and partner initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within cloud products and solutions
  • Proven track record selling solutions from major cloud principals or partners (e.g., hyperscalers, global cloud integrators)
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise cloud deals
  • Strong exposure to Retail (Enterprise), Digital Native companies, or Fintech ecosystems



Industry & Market Expertise

  • Solid understanding of cloud adoption patterns within high-growth and high-scale environments
  • Experience navigating fast-paced, innovation-driven customer segments
  • Familiarity with cloud-related challenges such as scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization



Sales & Relationship Skills

  • Strategic, consultative selling approach with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders
  • Confident negotiator with a results-driven, hunter mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholder groups
