Job Description

Strategy & Transformation

  • Advise executive leadership teams on AI, GenAI, automation, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Conduct enterprise AI readiness assessments and maturity evaluations.
  • Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Define business cases, investment priorities, and measurable value realization frameworks.



Executive Advisory

  • Partner with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders on AI innovation initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Program Leadership

  • Lead large-scale AI and technology transformation programs.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across strategy, technology, data, product, and operations.
  • Drive change management, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives.



AI & Technology Enablement

  • Identify opportunities for GenAI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize and scale AI solutions.
  • Establish AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI frameworks.



Business Development

  • Support proposal development, client pursuits, and executive relationship management.
  • Contribute thought leadership on AI transformation trends and best practices.
  • Mentor consultants and help build AI transformation capabilities within the organization.



What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 12 months, you will:

  • Lead strategic AI transformation engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Design AI roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
  • Help clients move from experimentation to scaled AI adoption.
  • Build executive confidence in AI investments and governance.
  • Generate tangible outcomes including productivity improvements, cost optimization, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • 5+ years (Manager level) or 8+ years (Senior Manager/Principal level) of consulting experience within a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale technology, digital, data, analytics, or AI transformation programs.
  • Strong track record of advising senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across business and technology functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and value realization plans.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation.
