The role will work with local marketing & sales teams and regional teams closely to ensure smooth ecommerce operations and drive sell-in and sell-out results in Indonesia. The incumbent will also need to consolidate sales data and marketing data that will be used to improve both financial results and consumer experience.

Job Description

As an Ecommerce Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Work on ecommerce operations, including product listing, inventory monitor, promotion setting, customer queries, competitor analysis, for multiple ecommerce platforms in the Indonesia market
  • Establish and maintain relationship with e-marketplace in order to get marketing resources and support to drive performance
  • Ensure enabler stock and fulfill SKUs as per listed on e-commerce channels or according to promotion plans.
  • Manage and collaborate with Enabler
  • Ecommerce content creation and ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Bear sell-in and sell-out goal.
  • Collaborate with AP Digital Marketing/E-com team to drive KPIs and liaise Indonesia resources internally and externally.
  • Regular sales reports and data analysis

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Supervisor should have:

  • At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience including over 3 years in e-commerce
  • Good communication skills in English in verbal and writing
  • Good Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Detail oriented, open-minded, quick learner
