Our client is a high-growth SaaS platform with operations spanning across SEA countries. They're looking to hire an exceptional CSM to support their growing business in Indonesia to help onboard and scale their enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer success lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, business heads, and IT leaders
  • Drive business value realization, adoption, and ROI aligned with customer strategic objectives
  • Facilitate executive business reviews, success planning, and outcome-based discussions
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) in collaboration with Enterprise Sales
  • Proactively manage risks, objections, and escalations while maintaining strong executive relationships
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and leadership teams
  • Champion customer outcomes internally while balancing commercial and strategic priorities

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, SaaS platforms, Management Consulting, or related roles
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, adoption metrics, renewals, and lifecycle management
  • Experience working with technically and commercially sophisticated customers

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic conversations and influence C‑suite decision-making
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving mindset; able to connect platform capabilities to business outcomes
  • Skilled in facilitating executive-level discussions, handling objections, and navigating complex stakeholder environments



Communication & Leadership

  • Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, value-driven narratives
  • Confident collaborator and internal leader, able to align cross-functional teams around customer goals
