Job Description

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges, strategic objectives, and success metrics.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and AI-powered solutions.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI agents capable of automating workflows and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing customer platforms, applications, data sources, and operational systems.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence in production environments.
  • Analyze real-world usage data, measure business impact, and iterate solutions to maximize value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal methodologies, tooling, documentation, and best practices that improve delivery efficiency and scalability.

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with a consultative, customer-focused mindset. They are energized by ambiguity, enjoy tackling open-ended problems, and are comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong foundation in software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
  • Proven experience working with distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and complex data flows.
  • Experience delivering solutions across multiple technology stacks and environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders to solve challenging business problems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and their practical application within enterprise environments.



Preferred QualificationsCandidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

  • Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Customer-Facing Engineering experience.
  • Exposure to AI agents, Generative AI, machine learning applications, automation platforms, or conversational systems.
  • Experience building and operating production-grade AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience improving system reliability, monitoring, observability, and production performance.
  • Startup, high-growth technology, or fast-paced innovation environment experience.
