Reporting directly to the CEO, the Country Sales Director will be responsible for defining and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, accelerating revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and building a best-in-class enterprise sales organization.

Job Description

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Drive annual revenue, bookings, pipeline, and profitability targets.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Establish robust forecasting, pipeline management, and performance governance processes.



Enterprise Sales Growth

  • Lead large, complex technology solution sales across cloud, data center, cybersecurity, AI, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision makers.
  • Expand market presence within banking, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, industrial, and large enterprise sectors.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while maximizing growth within existing customers.



Leadership & Team Building

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization.
  • Create a culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • Coach sales leaders and account executives to consistently exceed performance goals.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, methodologies, and operating disciplines.



Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop go-to-market initiatives with technology alliance partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Leverage strategic relationships to create new revenue streams and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with solution, delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.



Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Present regular business updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Represent the organization at executive forums, industry events, and customer engagements.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise technology, IT services, cloud, telecommunications, infrastructure, managed services, or digital transformation businesses.
  • Proven track record of leading large enterprise B2B sales organizations in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated success managing annual revenues exceeding USD 30M-100M+ and delivering sustained double-digit growth.
  • Extensive network among enterprise decision makers across Indonesia.
  • Strong experience selling consultative and solution-based technology services.

  • Inspirational leader capable of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution.

Preferred Background

  • Experience within global technology services, cloud, systems integration, consulting, infrastructure, data center, or digital solutions companies.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as banking, financial services, and telecommunications.
  • Exposure to partnership-led growth models and multinational business environments.



Success Measures (First 12-24 Months)

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and booking targets.
  • Build a sustainable enterprise sales pipeline across priority sectors.
  • Expand strategic customer relationships at C-suite level.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and market share within Indonesia.
  • Establish a scalable, high-performance sales organization.
  • Deliver predictable revenue growth and commercial excellence.
