Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into HR strategies and action plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent deployment.
  • Support the execution of global and regional HR programs, ensuring local adaptation and compliance.
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related inquiries, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support change management initiatives related to restructuring, process improvements, organizational shifts, and global programs.
  • Act as a communication link between global HR, regional HR, and local leadership to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Work effectively with multiple reporting lines-such as global HR CoEs, regional HR, and local business leaders.
  • Balance global standards with local business needs, maintaining alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Participate in cross‑regional HR projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrix organizations.
  • Prior experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Project Lead with strong stakeholder management exposure.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to manage up, across, and within a matrix structure.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem‑solving capability.
