  • Define and lead the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable business growth
  • Oversee sales and marketing execution while ensuring strong commercial governance
  • Lead and develop a large, high-performing commercial organization
  • Translate regional and global strategies into impactful local execution
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior regional and global stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Medical Doctor (MD) with Extensive experience in sales and commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical/healtcahre industry
  • Proven success in leading large commercial teams and managing complex organizations
  • Strong exposure to multinational / international pharmaceutical companies
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix structures
  • Results-driven leader with strong business judgment and stakeholder influence
