Job Description

As a Commerce Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing social commerce strategies to maximise sales performance.
  • Identifying and leveraging emerging trends and technologies in the social commerce landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to execute social commerce initiatives effectively.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in social commerce operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commerce Lead should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the technology and telecoms industry, having experience in driving social commerce strategy in agency will be preferred.
  • Proven expertise in social commerce and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong experience in managing P&L.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading big and diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Fluent in English
