Job Description

  • Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring compliance with OJK regulations, PSAK standards, taxation requirements, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management team.
  • Driving profitability improvement, expense optimization, and business performance initiatives.
  • Overseeing statutory reporting, management reporting, and external audit processes.
  • Managing relationships with regulators, external auditors, banking partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Supporting digital transformation, process enhancement, and automation initiatives across the finance function.
  • Building and developing a high-performing finance team while fostering a strong governance and control environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with significant exposure to the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance accounting, regulatory reporting, capital management, and financial controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, Board members, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
  • High level of integrity, commercial acumen, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
