Our client is a technology-driven company specializing in end-to-end business process solutions for enterprise and industrial environments. They work with large-scale B2B organizations to modernize operations across supply chain, services, maintenance, projects, and inventory management.

Job Description

  • Lead requirement discovery sessions and workshops with enterprise and B2B stakeholders, including international clients
  • Facilitate interviews to understand end‑to‑end business processes such as order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory, logistics, services, and maintenance
  • Actively question, challenge, and clarify requirements to ensure alignment with real business needs
  • Translate complex discussions into clear, structured, and prioritized documentation (BRDs, user stories, use cases)
  • Map end‑to‑end business workflows using flowcharts, swimlanes, and user journey diagrams
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across systems and departments
  • Propose practical solution options that balance business value, usability, and technical feasibility
  • Create low‑fidelity wireframes and mockups using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or Miro
  • Define detailed, testable acceptance criteria and decision tables to guide development and validation
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and AI‑enabled solutions
  • Perform light data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI to validate assumptions and measure effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Solution Designer in software or IT environments
  • Proven experience leading requirement workshops and documenting complex business processes
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end enterprise workflows and cross‑functional dependencies
  • Background in supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, services, or ERP systems is highly preferred
  • Hands‑on experience with user stories, decision tables, and measurable acceptance criteria
  • Strong English communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
