Job Description

  • Take ownership of one of the company's snack brands, ensuring its continued growth and market relevance.
  • Guide and develop junior team members while supporting the Marketing Manager in strategic initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including R&D, Finance, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to execute cost optimisation and improvement projects.
  • Oversee brand financial performance, including profitability, and provide actionable insights to strengthen business outcomes.
  • Translate consumer behaviour and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner closely with external agencies to plan and execute brand communication and promotional activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in brand or product management.
    • Solid understanding of market data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen or equivalent).
    • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to travelling when required.
    • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
    • Proactive, assertive, and willing to take ownership, including getting involved in execution details when needed.
