As part of its strategic expansion in Indonesia's Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector, the company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven FSI Sales Manager to lead growth across key banking accounts.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Drive new business acquisition within Indonesia's banking and financial services sector
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking customers
  • Identify opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center, and managed services solutions
  • Build strong executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, Digital Banking leaders, and procurement stakeholders



Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing banking accounts while expanding wallet share
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding business priorities and technology roadmaps
  • Coordinate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful engagement execution



Sales Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal management, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
  • Lead complex enterprise sales engagements and large-scale SI projects
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets



Market & Industry Engagement

  • Maintain strong understanding of banking technology trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in Indonesia
  • Represent the company in industry events, executive forums, and strategic customer engagements

The Successful Applicant

Candidate RequirementsExperience

  • Minimum 8-15 years of enterprise IT sales experience
  • Mandatory experience working for a System Integrator (SI), IT Services, or Technology Consulting company
  • Proven track record managing and acquiring Tier 1 and Tier 2 banking clients in Indonesia
  • Strong experience selling enterprise technology solutions and managing large account portfolios



Industry Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Banking technology environments
    • Digital banking transformation
    • Infrastructure and cloud solutions
    • Cybersecurity and compliance requirements
    • Enterprise solution selling within financial institutions



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hunter mentality combined with strategic account management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments



Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications are advantageous
