Job Description

  • Manage and monitor compliance programs, policies, procedures, and internal control processes.
  • Review, update, and maintain company SOPs to ensure alignment with regulations and internal standards.
  • Support the implementation of compliance frameworks across business functions.
  • Conduct compliance training and socialization for employees.
  • Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.
  • Manage whistleblowing-related matters and support investigation processes.
  • Handle or support investigations involving ethics, code of conduct, workplace concerns, and policy violations.
  • Support the implementation of personal data protection policies and practices.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on data privacy, customer data handling, and related compliance requirements.
  • Support anti-bribery, anti-corruption, gift and entertainment, conflict of interest, and ethics-related initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare compliance reports, documentation, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, governance, risk, or related functions.
  • Strong exposure to compliance program management, policy implementation, and SOP governance.
  • Solid knowledge of personal data protection is highly preferred.
  • Experience in anti-bribery and corruption, code of conduct, ethics, and whistleblowing matters.
  • Experience conducting compliance training or employee awareness programs.
  • Able to support internal investigations and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, maturity, and attention to detail.
  • Compliance, data protection, anti-bribery, or investigation certification would be an advantage.
