As AI Implementation Engineer, you will act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, leading the deployment of AI-powered solutions into real-world environments. You will partner directly with customers to implement AI-enabled solutions and work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and executive stakeholders to transform complex problems into scalable solutions.

Job Description

AI Solution Deployment

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise customers
  • Translate business challenges into technical requirements and scalable architectures
  • Work alongside engineering and product teams to customize solutions for specific customer environments
  • Drive adoption of AI capabilities across operational and business functions



Customer Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases
  • Present recommendations, implementation plans, and results to executive audiences
  • Manage complex cross-functional stakeholder environments



Project Execution

  • Lead multiple high-priority implementation projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, data, and customer teams
  • Remove execution blockers and drive projects to completion
  • Ensure deployments achieve measurable customer outcomes



Business Impact

  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, revenue, decision-making, or customer experience
  • Define success metrics and track value realization
  • Drive continuous improvement and scaling of deployed solutions

  • Build AI copilots that automate customer support and knowledge workflows

  • Working directly with external clients or customers
