Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand critical business processes, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy intelligent agents and software systems into production environments.
  • Drive projects from discovery and system design through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance in live customer environments.
  • Advocate for customer success while balancing technical excellence and business impact.
  • Contribute to best practices, reusable frameworks, and deployment methodologies as the company scales.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building and shipping production systems.
  • Comfortable working across the full technology stack and navigating complex technical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve open-ended problems with limited guidance.
  • Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or business teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar domains.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.



Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, agentic systems, or automation technologies.
  • Background in solution engineering, forward deployed engineering, developer relations, consulting engineering, or technical implementation roles.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern deployment architectures.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environments.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact through technology solutions.
