They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to lead business development and customer management across West Java and Central Java.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets within West Java and Central Java.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, ensuring effective market coverage and execution.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to distributors, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within key accounts and targeted market segments.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers.
  • Monitor distributor performance through regular business reviews, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial agreements with customers and distribution partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to develop actionable business plans.
  • Ensure effective implementation of company initiatives, product launches, and promotional programs through distributor networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across customers and distribution partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or key account management experience within the flavor, food ingredients, or related food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in distributor management with a strong understanding of distributor-led business models.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales growth and delivering business results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Well-connected within the flavor, food ingredients, or food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
