Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through closing
  • Build relationships with contractors, developers, engineering firms, and strategic partners
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives and regional growth strategies
  • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting



The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileRequired Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, technology, construction tech, or related industries
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, real estate, or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with digital transformation solutions or workflow platforms
  • Regional Southeast Asia market exposure
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Multilingual capability is an advantage
