Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • SMB Acquisition & Growth
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new SMB clients across key target segments
    • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth
    • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Partnership Development
    • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, communities, and ecosystem partners
    • Identify strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration
  • Consultative Selling
    • Understand clients' operational challenges and position tailored solutions
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions
  • Market Insights
    • Gather market intelligence on SMB trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
    • Provide feedback to internal product and marketing teams
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
    • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Experience
    • 4-8+ years in business development, sales, or account acquisition roles
    • Proven success selling into SMB or merchant segments (e.g., retail, F&B, services)
    • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms is highly preferred
  • Skills
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build trust and relationships quickly with business owners
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
