Job Description

New Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise clients within the BFSI sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic account penetration plans targeting senior decision-makers.
  • Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed new business revenue and new logo acquisition targets.



Enterprise Sales & Relationship Building

  • Engage with C-suite executives, business leaders, strategy teams, customer experience leaders, marketing executives, and research functions.
  • Understand client business challenges and align solutions to strategic priorities.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships across target organizations.



Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

  • Monitor BFSI industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Identify areas where research, customer intelligence, and advisory solutions can deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with research and delivery teams to develop compelling client propositions.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with consulting, research, client success, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.

The Successful Applicant

A proven hunter and enterprise sales professional who has successfully sold research, insights, analytics, or consulting solutions into the BFSI sector and consistently delivered new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate combines strategic relationship-building skills with relentless business development drive and a passion for winning new enterprise clients.Essential Experience

  • 7-15 years of business development, enterprise sales, or consultative sales experience.
  • Proven success selling market research, insights, consulting, data analytics, customer experience, intelligence, or related services.
  • Strong experience selling into BFSI organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Evidence of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong new logo acquisition achievements.

  • Experience selling syndicated research, custom research, customer experience programs, voice-of-customer solutions, data analytics, or advisory services.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
