As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to deliver a high quality product to our customers. You will also be working with a cross-functional team to verify problems, discussing the best and pragmatic solution, and working together to realize it.

• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and equipped with the necessary skills.
• Manage software development, implementation, and integration projects to support business operations, including upgrade of software and implemented ERP modules

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to expand the user base, continuously optimizing performance through data-driven adjustments and strategic media spend. Strengthen brand presence and ensure seamless campaign execution by collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Lead and supervise a team of IT and network specialists.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans for IT and network infrastructure, including capacity planning, technology roadmap creation, and budget oversight.

• Develop and implement the digital and technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Lead the digital transformation agenda, ensuring it supports business growth and enhances customer experience.

• Manage organizational data handling, including collection, management, analysis, and presentation.
• Oversee the organization's data warehousing.

• Supervise front-end and back-end development teams and their initiatives
• Track the reliability and performance of all internal systems to recommend enhancements

You will be engaging directly with key existing accounts and continuously identify prospective end-user customers in the market (specifically for larger enterprise projects). The role involves providing technical pre/post-sales consultation on qualified business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining high-quality service relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.

This role will work on strategic marketing projects to tackle key business issues and challenges.
