The Head of Product will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product function, overseeing both product strategy and execution across core trading platforms and supporting systems.This role requires a balanced leader who is both commercially driven and technically grounded, capable of translating business objectives into scalable product solutions.

Job Description

  • Define and execute product strategy across retail and professional trading platforms
  • Lead and mentor the product team, ensuring clear ownership of PRDs, specifications, and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on product development and technical execution
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive growth, monetization, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee core product areas including user onboarding (KYC), payments (deposit/withdrawal), and trading experiences
  • Drive product innovation, including platform enhancements, UX simplification, and new financial features
  • Track and deliver on key success metrics including revenue performance and project delivery timelines
  • Work cross-functionally with design (UI/UX), business analytics, and internal tools teams
  • Manage multiple product streams, including core platform and smaller strategic initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading product teams in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or related industries
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth, revenue, or operational outcomes
  • Solid technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex products at scale
  • Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle (PRD, roadmap, execution, delivery)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in crypto or digital assets is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred
  • Southeast Asia market experience or familiarity with local users is an advantage
