Job Description

As a VP Manufacturing, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to meet business goals.
  • Managing budgets, resources and timelines effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring teams within the engineering and manufacturing departments.
  • Analysing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align operational objectives.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP Manufacturing should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related field.
  • More than 15 years of background in manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise operational processes.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
