Job Description

  • Lead value engineering and cost optimization initiatives across products and manufacturing operations.
  • Drive supplier change and material productivity projects to improve competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage productivity roadmaps, savings pipelines, and project governance.
  • Consolidate performance data and track progress against productivity targets.
  • Facilitate product workshops, benchmarking activities, and competitor teardown analysis.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, finance, and manufacturing teams to deliver sustainable cost reductions.
  • Monitor plant-level initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to support productivity programs.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across multiple sites and functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, productivity, supply chain, or cost management environments.
  • Proven experience in value engineering, cost reduction, productivity improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating data and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with KPI management, cost modelling, savings validation, and business performance tracking.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams within a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
