Job Description

As a Treasury Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and forecasting cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing investment strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and mitigating financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
  • Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting related to treasury activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Head should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in cash flow management and financial forecasting.
  • Experience in investment strategies and risk management.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
