As Technical Chef, you will be responsible in supporting our client's business by providing culinary expertise, product application knowledge, and support to customers. This role focuses on executing culinary strategies, driving product usage, and supporting demand creation through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

Job Description

  • Apply product knowledge to develop practical recipes and menu solutions for customers
  • Support product launches by demonstrating usage, benefits, and best practices
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and taste in all product applications
  • Work closely with Sales teams to support customer acquisition and retention
  • Conduct cooking demonstrations, workshops, and product training for customers and distributors
  • Train internal teams on product applications and culinary techniques
  • Support menu optimization to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Stay updated on food trends and customer preferences
  • Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions and events

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional culinary qualification
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in professional kitchens or food service industry and track record in leadership position
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or technical chef role is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Willingness to travel
