We are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead supply planning strategies that improve inventory performance, supply continuity, and operational resilience across multiple manufacturing locations. This role will partner closely with procurement, manufacturing, and digital teams to drive planning excellence, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain network.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute Indonesia's supply planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain stakeholders to optimize inventory, planning parameters, and material flow.
  • Drive supplier capacity planning and readiness initiatives to support business growth.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity of supply across the network.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure planning activities are aligned with global planning standards and governance.
  • Improve end-to-end planning processes by reducing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with digital and analytics teams to implement automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled planning solutions.
  • Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning transformation initiatives at a regional level.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning processes, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Experience working closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier capacity, supply continuity, and risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exposure to planning systems, digital tools, automation, or advanced analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience within a regional or multi-site manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
