Supply Chain Process Transformation Consultant

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze current-state supply chain operations and identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to document and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Develop future-state business processes aligned with operational excellence and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, quality inspection, and finance-related workflows.

ERP Transformation & Solution Design

• Serve as the functional lead for ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Translate operational requirements into ERP configurations, workflows, system specifications, and functional designs.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and transformation objectives.
• Lead ERP process optimization and system adoption initiatives.

Supply Chain & Warehouse Management

• OverseeERP functionality related to:
  • Inventory management
  • Warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Material receiving and inspection processes
  • Stock movement and inventory reconciliation
  • Procurement and purchasing workflows
  • Goods receipt and dispatch operations
  • Invoice management and matching processes
• Ensure inventory accuracy and process compliance across operational functions.
• Support implementation of inventory control strategies and KPI monitoring.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to the client's business users and management teams.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, user training sessions, and change management activities.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Manage relationships between business users, ERP vendors, developers, and project teams.

Testing, Training & Deployment

• Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
• Develop business process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support ERP go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Ensure successful user adoption and ongoing process governance.
