Job Description

  • Plan supply chain activities to support the timely availability of materials for business operations.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to maintain an effective flow of required goods and services.
  • Monitor supply needs and work with relevant teams to align purchasing plans with operational demand.
  • Manage supplier coordination to support timely delivery and clear order follow-up.
  • Review supply chain performance and identify practical actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records to support planning, tracking and decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to address supply-related issues and maintain continuity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Knowledge of supply planning, purchasing processes and supplier coordination.
  • Ability to review supply requirements and translate them into practical purchasing plans.
  • Experience monitoring deliveries and resolving supply-related issues.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and use supply information to support decisions.
  • Capability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
