Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end planning function, including demand forecasting, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and production planning.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with operational and financial objectives.
  • Monitor and manage key business performance indicators, including profitability and cost management.
  • Oversee customer operations activities, including order fulfillment, quotation coordination, invoicing support, and service performance.
  • Drive inventory optimization through effective planning and forecasting strategies.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of supply and demand plans.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of planning and supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a supply chain leadership role within manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to electronics, automotive, or other high-volume production industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing complex product portfolios with a large number of SKUs.
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, demand planning, production planning, and S&OP processes.
  • Demonstrated capability in business planning, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
