Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations across multiple markets or large-scale distribution hubs
  • Ensure customer service, inventory, quality, and cost targets are consistently achieved
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers and third-party warehouse partners
  • Develop operational budgets, performance metrics, and service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, operations, and quality functions
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal governance requirements
  • Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
  • Lead operational transformation and supply chain improvement projects
  • Act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related challenges
  • Prepare operational reports and monitor performance against KPIs and business objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or relevant fields
  • Proven experience managing distribution operations and inventory planning
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management and operational planning
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and external vendors
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex operational environment
