Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end workstreams from problem diagnosis to implementation.
  • Conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven analysis.
  • Develop business cases and actionable recommendations.
  • Design modular solutions that connect insights to execution.
  • Facilitate client workshops and co-creation sessions.
  • Partner with tech, product, and operations teams to prototype and scale solutions.
  • Contribute to internal growth and capability building.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Tech projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
