Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Delivery

  • Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Reporting).
  • Define and govern global finance templates, chart of accounts, and reporting structures.
  • Drive end-to-end ERP lifecycle: fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.



Financial Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and implement Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) and BI reporting solutions.
  • Enable standardized global reporting, consolidation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with finance leadership to deliver insight-driven dashboards and KPIs.



Stakeholder & Program Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and program leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops to align business processes with ERP best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, integration teams, and external system integrators.



Transformation & Governance

  • Champion standardization across regions, minimizing customizations.
  • Ensure alignment with finance control frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives across global business units.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & ExperienceCore Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of ERP consulting experience with a focus on Finance modules.
  • Proven track record in any ERP (Oracle, SAP, D365, etc.) Financials implementations (minimum 2-3 full-cycle global deployments).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • General Ledger (GL) and Financial Close
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    • Financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher)



Industry Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing environments (highly preferred).
  • Understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and multi-site operations.



Global Program Exposure

  • Experience working in multi-country, multi-currency implementations.
  • Familiarity with local statutory reporting requirements and international compliance.



Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes and value realization.



Nice to Have

  • Oracle certifications in Fusion Financials.
  • Experience with EPM / consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS).
  • Knowledge of data migration, integrations (e.g., REST/SOA).
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
