Job Description

As a Deployed Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with enterprise clients to understand operational challenges and define success metrics
  • Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear technical designs
  • Build and deploy AI agents integrated into client systems
  • Own end-to-end delivery, including reliability, performance, and iteration
  • Work with real data to test solutions and continuously improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality implementations
  • Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and scalable best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in technical problem-solving or engineering roles
  • Strong foundation in software and system design
  • Experience contributing to solution scoping, discovery, or early-stage technical strategy
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience working across integrations, systems, and data flows
  • Curious about and motivated to build practical AI-powered systems



Nice to have:

  • Background in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
  • Experience operating or optimizing production systems
