As Site Manager Electrical, you will be responsible for leading and supervising all electrical construction activities related to our client's data center facilities project. This role ensures that electrical systems-including power distribution, UPS, generators, LV/MV systems, grounding, and monitoring are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, standards, and requirements.

We are currently representing one of our client within the construction industry with Data Center Projects

Job Description

  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of electrical works for data center projects, including MV & LV power distribution, UPS systems and battery rooms, Diesel generators and fuel systems (electrical scope), Power Monitoring Systems (PMS) and Electrical Management Systems (EMS), Grounding, bonding, and lightning protection
  • Ensure all works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, and construction schedules.
  • Coordinate electrical activities with mechanical systems (CRAC, CRAH, chillers) and ICT/ELV systems to maintain system redundancy and segregation.
  • Ensure compliance with recognized data center standards
  • Develop detailed work plans and construction sequencing in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Enforce strict quality control procedures for mission‑critical installations
  • Enforce strict HSE standards, including electrical safety, LOTO procedures, and arc‑flash awareness
  • Supervise electrical supervisors, foremen, technicians, and specialist vendors
  • Prepare daily logs and weekly/monthly progress reports



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works and construction project, with experience on data center or other mission‑critical projects
  • Proven experience with UPS systems, generators, MV/LV switchgear, and redundancy architectures
  • Strong understanding of data center electrical design and operational requirements.
  • Ability to work in high‑pressure, zero‑downtime environments.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
